The Preamble of the Conference:
In light of the major transformations our contemporary world is witnessing, Artificial Intelligence emerges as one of the most important technological revolutions that has reshaped humanity's relationship with knowledge, science, existence, language, and identity. While human history has witnessed major milestones that have transformed the features of thought and culture, a comparison between the current era, dominated by intelligent applications, and previous intellectual eras, in which humanity faced major questions about humanity, science, and the spirit, opens broad horizons for in-depth scientific contemplation and discussion. This international (virtual) conference brings together academic researchers and thinkers from different disciplines and countries, seeking a comparative reading of the past and the present, and exploring how science interacts with new technological challenges. The encounter between "artificial intelligence" and "contemporary scientific transformations" is not merely a passing epistemological intersection; rather, it represents a redefinition of humanity's position, role, and values in a rapidly changing world.

In calling for this conference, we emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary dialogue that seeks to:
• Analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on studies and science.
• Recall previous intellectual experiences and compare them with current challenges.
• Open the door to a critical reading that anticipates the future and balances technological progress with human values.
Therefore, we hope that this conference will be a platform for the exchange of ideas, the exchange of experiences, and the production of shared knowledge, contributing to the construction of a balanced human vision in the face of major technological transformations.

The conference also aims to:
1. Highlight the impact of artificial intelligence on prominent sciences in general.
2. Provide a comparative reading between the pre-AI and post-AI eras in the sciences covered
3. Present proposals at the scientific and academic levels regarding what should be dispensed with and what we should pay close attention to regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on science and our daily lives in general.

• Conference Date: Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Baghdad Time / 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM GMT.
• Papers should be sent to the following email address: conference@duhokcihan.edu.krd
• Peer-reviewed research papers will be published in a book issued by Cihan University-Duhok, listing the authors' names according to a peer-reviewed scientific index, in both English and Arabic.

Publication and Participation Conditions:
• The researcher must submit a research paper related to the conference themes, ranging from 3,500 to 5,000 words.
• The research must not have been previously published or duly submitted for publication in another journal.
• The research must not be part of a published book or extracted from a master's dissertation or doctoral thesis.
• The research must be original and documented with the required references, adhering to scientific research and its rules and conditions.
• The research must be distinguished by its novelty and originality, and must not rely on artificial intelligence in its production.
• The language of the conference participation and submitted research must be (English-Arabic).
• The research, or parts thereof, may not be published elsewhere after its publication in the university's publication.
• The researcher pledges to abide by all of the above and not submit the research to another journal until it has been decided that it is acceptable for participation in the conference.

Publication Rules: The following rules must be adhered to:
• The researcher must include their official academic affiliation information in their research, along with their official email address.
• The researcher must use APA style documentation.
• Font size: 12.
• Font type: Times New Roman.
• The research must be sent to the aforementioned email in both Word and PDF formats.
• The researcher will not incur any publication fees.
• The host university (Cihan-Dohuk) will print the accepted research papers in a book containing the conference proceedings.
